TC Beirne Park – The Fun

This lovely Hendra park is the perfect park for toddlers with numerous play opportunities on a variety of different play equipment. There is the spinning disc for the older toddlers who want a bit of a thrill and an old shell of a car purpose built for lots of fun imaginative play. There are two slides, and stairs to reach the slide making this a perfect playground for toddlers still finding their feet. The playground is also now fully fenced which can give you some peace of mind while the kids are playing.

Imagination Factor

Brisbane Kids can use the the car and the boat for lots of different play involving the imagination. With a group of toddlers this could prove to be a huge adventure. There are jacaranda tree shading the park and these provide a lovely opportunity to extend the play by collecting petals in the spring time for some at home art and craft or flower pressing.

Special Needs

This park is not especially suited to kids of special needs though it is a flat area and the stairs mean that children challenged by gross motor will be more able to reach the slides for fun. There are toilet facilities at this park.
