Urban Xtreme’s Adventure Sports Academy
Helping the next generation of adventure sport athletes thrive and be all they can be, Urban Xtreme’s Adventure Sports Academy is comprised of 6 specially designed programs. Whether your child wants to be the next Ninja warrior, loves to rock climb, free-run in parkour, shred on the ski slopes or challenge their friends in laser tag, they have programs suitable for everyone!
Offering a fun, safe and controlled environment run by qualified coaches, Urban Xtreme’s programs are designed to develop kids both physically and mentally, while they benefit from learning the fundamentals of body movement, strength, balance, co-ordination, and increase their cardio fitness.
Adventure Sports Academy will also help to build confidence, self-esteem, social skills and communication.
With a range of different programs and classes that feature a progression pathway with milestones being rewarded and celebrated, Urban Xtreme’s Adventure Sports Academy includes activities designed to suit kids of all ages, abilities and interests; from walking aged toddlers to young athletes and beyond.

Rock Climbing
Climb to new heights on Urban Xtreme’s soaring 10.5m walls, with tope rope, lead climbing and Queensland’s only speed climbing walls, everyone can climb at Urban Xtreme! Sport climbing is an activity suitable for the whole family – it builds strength, endurance and focus. No matter what your climbing experience or age is, Urban Xtreme’s qualified instructors are always on hand to help you reach new heights.
Snowsports
The perfect place for busy city dwellers to practice skiing or snowboarding, Urban Xtreme’s state-of-the-art dry ski slopes are customised to help users learn to ski eight-times faster than on real snow, with no lifts, queues, or freezing weather.
Those planning an interstate or overseas snow holiday can build their ski fitness and skills at Urban Xtreme beforehand in a safe and comfortable indoor environment with all equipment provided. Learn to ski or board like a pro before you go!
Xtreme Ninja & Parkour
The first of its kind in Brisbane, Urban Xtreme has combined the best parts of ninja, rock climbing, parkour, and obstacle training to create a truly unique experience. Xtreme Ninja has everything beginners and professionals need to train, compete and fuel the next era of aspiring Ninja Warriors. Experienced coaches are always on hand to help you get the most out of the course and progress at your own pace.
Xtreme Ninja has 3 levels of elements to test balance, strength and skill, with each element offering easy and difficult options. There’s even a full size warped wall (4.3m), kids ninja + parkour programs and classes for teens and adults.
Trampolines
Whether you bounce, flip, twist, or roll your way onto them, there is no denying that trampolines are serious fun for all ages. But did you know they are also a great way to stay fit? A jump session will have your heart rate going up in no time! It is also a fantastic low impact exercise, stress reliever and the perfect way to drag the kids (young or old!) away from their screens.
With two trampoline courts at Urban Xtreme offering a variety of casual sessions and jump classes, Urban Xtreme has something that will suit you – whether you are flying solo or part of a group!
Dodgeball
Take bouncing to a whole new level as you dodge, duck and dive on Urban Xtreme’s dedicated trampoline dodgeball arena. The rules are simple but the strategies are complex. Groups pair off into two teams and when the whistle goes, balls fly! Will you play it safe in the back or dive into the fray? Do you attempt to catch or manoeuvre out of the way? Either way, the result is a high-energy game that will have everyone laughing along the way!
Laser Tag
A classic multi-level arena and the world’s most advanced “Helios Laser Tag” system, Urban Xtreme is redefining this retro game. Tagging your opponent? That’s just the start. How about working as a team to protect your base, avoid infections and capture the flag!? Urban Xtreme is an accredited laser tag arena home to Laser League competitions – a weekly social tournament where you can learn the skills of the game, meet new people, and have loads of fun!
Playland
Enter an urban Playland where your child can climb, crawl, slide and jump their way to a strong and healthy little body. Take your little adventurer on a journey into a world filled with fun and challenges with 3 levels of elements offering fun in a safe and controlled environment, including a junior play gym, super slide, trampoline, and mini climbing.
