HomeCo. Jindalee Playground
Open since August 2022, the HomeCo. Jindalee playground is a gorgeous and modern playground in the centre of a busy shopping precinct. The mixture of timber and steel on the main play structure, the greens and blues of the base and the lush gardens give the space a natural feel that distracts from its the bitumen surroundings.
Plenty of entertainment has been packed into the fully fenced play area with a multi-platform playground, interactive games, dual slides, rock climbing wall and ladders. There’s also a small slide mountain, see saw and a playground favourite – an in ground trampoline for energetic little legs to jump about.
Adding to the visual appeal and educational factor are colourful information posts which encourage children to engage with the space and learn some First Australian words.
Accessibility at HomeCo. Jindalee Playground
This playground has certainly been designed with parents in mind. There is ample bench seating provided within the fence line, a mostly shaded playground and close access to coffee. Food and drinks are allowed within the space but are not to be taken on the playground equipment.
The playground can be accessed by wheelchairs and prams via a ramp which connects the parking lot to the upper section of the playground. Nearest toilets are located about 100 metres away between Freedom and The Furniture Shack stores.

There’s not many places we appreciate more than a playground with a cafe close by, so this one was a big winner ! It’s also surprisingly spacious making it easy to forget you’re in the middle of shopping centre car park.
