Dux Gutz is a hidden gem that Milton locals have kept to themselves for too long. Overlooking Suncorp Stadium from inside the PCYC, it’s a relaxed space for coffee and delicious food in a family-friendly atmosphere. Kids love to run, scooter or ride bikes around the wide-open forecourt.
All-day Kid’s Menu
When those little tummies are rumbling, Dux Gutz Cafe has got your back. A crowd favourite on the kid’s menu is the Pasta Bolognese (with hidden veg). Other popular items from the kid’s menu are house-made mini beef sausage rolls, fruit salad, and “One little pancake sitting in a… pan”. You will also find a range of baked goods in their cabinet, such as muffins, cakes, banana bread and wraps. All of the food is made in-house and the kitchen is happy to provide dietary alternatives. The best part? Babyccinos are complimentary with the purchase of any menu item!
Kid’s Corner & Other Child-friendly Features
Kids love exploring the toys, books, and colouring materials in Dux Gutz’ dedicated kid’s corner. A comfy lounge invites parents to sit back and relax while the kids are busy playing. High chairs are available for little bubs and change tables are located at the public toilets upstairs. There is plenty of space to park your pram without it being in the way of anyone.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Take Home Meals
Delicious and healthy food is Dux Gutz’ specialty. All of their baked goods and meals are made from scratch in-house. Popular breakfast meals include Breaky Wraps, Bacon & Eggs, Sourdough with Avo and Fruit & Yoghurt Bowl. If you are coming in for lunch, you can’t go past the Beef Ragu Pappardelle served with handmade pasta and 12-hour braised beef – it is to die for!
Fresh Pasta is also available at dinnertime on Friday nights, and all of the food is available for takeout if you are out of time to prepare dinner. The latest addition to their offering is take-home family meals such as lasagne, Thai yellow curry, teriyaki chicken, Massaman beef, and five-spice pork fried rice.
