Kenilworth Homestead is our fav place to go, I have been to most places on the list but will ALWAYS keep going back to The Homestead. The River is lovely and cool, perfect for those scorching days and they are fabulous with the dogs. I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Couldnt find the site to leave your favourite camping spots?

So far we’ve found the National Park campsites to be excellent — limited facilities (fire rings, flushing toilets and non-potable water) but perfect for low-level bush camping.
7 year old son’s new favourite place is Neurum Creek (national park site — not ‘bush retreat’) because it is close to the fantastic Rocky Hole waterhole.
We’ve also been to Archer Camp, Peachtrees and Charlie Moreland — all excellent.
