1 Minute Choc Chip Cookies

Possibly the quickest, easiest chocolate chip cookie recipe in the world.

Makes approx. 40 cookies

Ingredients:

125g unsalted butter, melted

1 tin sweetened condensed milk

2 cups self raising flour

½ cup dark chocolate chips

Method.

Preheat oven to 180*C. Line 2 baking trays.

Empty the tin of sweetened condensed milk into a large mixing bowl.

Pour in melted butter and mix thoroughly.

Stir in flour until well combined then add choc chips.

Place teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking trays and bake for approx. 15 minutes or until golden brown.
