To make your Milk Arrowroot Koala Biscuits you will need the following ingredients:

- Decorate candy eyes
- Chocolate almonds or saltanas (depending on how big you want your koala’s nose)

- Marshmallows
- Black Food Colouring Gel
How to make your Milk Arrowroot Koala Biscuits
Step 1:
Place a generous amount of icing (bought pre-made or made by you beforehand) into a bowl and then colour with the black food gel until you have a gentle koala-grey colour.
Step 2:
Lay your Milk Arrowroot biscuits out on a tray and ice each one with the grey icing mixture you have made up.
Step 3:
Sprinkle a generous amount of designated coconut onto each biscuit.
Step 4:
Place two candy eyes and the chocolate almond (or saltana) nose onto each biscuit.
Step 5:
Get the white marshmallows and cut each one in half horizontally. The marshmallows in our packet where bigger than usual ones and so we cut ours into three. Place one on each side of the Arrowroot biscuit to make the koala’s ears.
