They cater for children aged 6 weeks to school age, and have a Kindergarten program on site with a qualified Early Childhood Teacher. With a very family orientated service, some of Sparrow Early Learning Brighton’s own educator’s children and grandchildren currently attend the service. Their long term staff of educators have a strong connection to the centre, with 5 educators having been at the service over 10 years. This sense of family sees generations of families return to the centre. In fact, one of Sparrow Early Learning Brighton’s current educators actually attended the service herself when she was 2 years old!

Educational Program
Sparrow Early Learning Brighton’s educational programs are devised around children’s interests, needs and abilities, and are guided by the Early Years Learning Framework along with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Their Kindergarten children use the ELLA program, which introduces languages via digital apps. The staff at SEL Brighton believe that children learn best through play and, as such, experiences and activities are facilitated in this way. The centre has large outdoor play spaces that provide a range of areas for play, and endless opportunities for children to create, explore and learn in.
