Explosive Stage Shows & Engaging Hands-on Workshops for Queensland Schools
Designed to complement the Australian National Curriculum for children in grades prep to year 10, Street Science offers a range of professionally-run science workshops and stage shows to Queensland schools. The perfect way to consolidate concepts and themes taught throughout the school year, each 45 minute stage show brings science to life, using a range of powerful and often explosive demonstrations.
In addition to their stage shows, hands-on workshops can be provided to extend your students learning while they investigate scientific principles through real life experiments and activities. Each workshop includes Australian Curriculum content codes to assist teachers plan science units to correspond with their Street Science workshop.

Founded by Steve Liddell in 2012 after many years as a teacher himself, Street Science aims to present science in an appropriate manner for each age group of students, whilst also ensuring engagement and interest. Run by a team of passionate educators and scientists, School Incursions with Street Science are always entertaining, whilst also being based on the Australian National Curriculum to complement particular units of study currently being undertaken by your students. Awesome Classroom Kits are also available and come complete with all of the equipment and instructions required to run your own science workshop.
