Brand name student flutes, clarinets and trumpets are priced at $25 per month, or $245 per year.
Premium student flutes, clarinets and trumpets are priced at $30 per month, or $295 per year.

- All flutes come with a cleaning cloth, rod and case.
- All clarinets come with a pull-through, cork grease, mouthpiece, cap, ligature, 1 1/2 reed, case.
- All trumpets come with a mouthpiece, cleaning cloth, case and valve oil.
Saxophones
Standard student grade saxophones are priced at $30 per month, or $295 per year.
Brand name student saxophones are priced at $35 per month, or $345 per year. You will receive one of these well known, favourite brand student Alto Saxes: Yamaha, Jupiter, Blessing, or similar.
Premium student saxophones are priced at $40 per month, or $395 per year. In excellent condition, you will receive one of HornHire’s premium student Alto Saxophones: Yamaha, Jupiter, Blessing, or similar.
Additionally,
- All of HornHire’s saxophones come with a pull-through, neck plug, neck strap, mouthpiece, cap, ligature, 1 1/2 reed, cork grease and a case.
Why Buying Cheap Wind Instruments Off The Internet Isn’t Always Good

HornHire talks to many parents each year, who are super excited that they saved so much money on a student instrument by buying cheaply off the internet. However, what appears to be cheap at first can usually end up costing a lot more in the long run.

Is there a minimum hire period? Yes there is a three-month minimum hire period.
Is there an initial set up cost? There is a one-off initial $19 admin and set up fee ($29 for the saxophones) that covers delivery, administration, cleaning and testing before each new hire.
