Go Direct
Most of the well-known brands like shopping centres and banks will have their own recruitment websites and processes (although they may still run their jobs on job seeker platforms like seek). Simply type in the name of the brand and “careers” into Google. These are some of the ones we know that do recruitment like this.
- All the banks (Suncorp, NAB, CBA, Westpac and ANZ)
- Centrelink
- Phone companies (Telstra and Optus).
- Shopping Centres (Coles and Woolworths)
There will be others of course so before you head to the middle man like seek, just double-check the company you want to work for doesn’t have their own recruitment website.
